Sofia, Bulgaria, On the 5th floor we felt it a little bit.

Felt myself going left and right on the chair and the water inside the bottle was also shaking.

Felt about thirty seconds of quite noticeable side-to-side motion in north-south direction that got the lights to swinging followed by another minute or two of much weaker and gradually decreasing shaking in a more east-west direction that quickly fell well below the threshold of sensation, but could be seen in the motion of ceiling lights and house plants. This is a several story apartment building that would've amplified the shaking above that felt at ground level.
