Slight shaking felt in a high rise building, enough to make the chandelier sway, but not too bad. Lasted around 1-2 minutes.

I was in bed, WFH, and I didnt feel the earthquake because a big truck was coming by the house. My colleague from Cluj said that the screens and his house were shaking and my other colleague from Chiajna said he felt it too.
