I was asleep at the time when all of a sudden my mom started screaming that an earthquake was inbound. As I jumped out of bed, the thrusting vibrations of the earth were shaking the house but without any significant damage. The sound was more terrifying to me but not the actual earthquake itself. It was really quite the experience.0
